Rail Connections
Main line trains run to Taunton and from there passengers may use a bus connection to Bishops Lydeard.

Passengers with disabilities
We welcome passengers with disabilities and recommend Bishops Lydeard or Minehead as the best starting points, both of which have disabled toilets with RADAR key access. All the stations, except Doniford Halt, have a ramped or level access and each of our trains has a ramp and /or lift to ease boarding. Trains have limited accommodation for passengers in wheelchairs. Advance booking is essential for groups with wheelchairs. To check availability, please contact us.
Fares start from £4.00 depending on the length of your journey. Day Rover tickets offer complete freedom of the line and cost just £13.60 for adults and £34.20 for families, covering 2 adults and up to 4 children. Special fares apply during events. There are discounts for children and senior citizens.
Group Discounts - Generous discounts are given to groups of 16 or more people travelling together, who book at least 10 days in advance. Seats are reserved for your group and special catering can usually be offered.
Refreshments - All our trains have buffet and bar facilities and serve local products, food and drinks, including Somerset brewed beers and ciders, hot and cold drinks, pasties, sandwiches, biscuits and cakes.
